Pentahotel Beijing

Amazing very central location, near Line 2 subway station, shopping malls, restaurants and subway station and # 5 subway line. Tasty breakfast with yogurt and bacon - well worth the money...

The location of Pentahotel Beijing is perfect and magnificent, with close proximity to restaurants, shops, shopping malls, eateries, mrt lines.

The hotel location is good for taking subway to go around Beijing.

Airconditioning is not good. I felt cold in my room and also the lobby. There was not any guide book about the hotel facilities.

Clean property with nice design, and sensational American breakfast. Great location near the center, modern facilities. And near big shopping malls, and the local subway station.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, allowing easy access to Beijing's major sightseeings. It is also close to the most interesting areas in the city, making it a great base for exploring. The spacious rooms provide a comfortable stay and come with amenities like a kettle and complimentary water. The staff is attentive and helpful, offering services such as ordering taxis and providing information on tours and transportation.

The hotel lobby can get quite cold, which may not be pleasant for both guests and staff.

Bathroom needs refurbishment, the hotel is not the best choice for very demanding people

Internet is too expensive. Staff had trouble explaining the hotel rates, credit card policy etc.

The room we got here was super modern and looked like it had just been set up, located on levels 14-16. the bathroom was spotless, too. 🌟

It is just next to supermarkets and malls which allow us to get essential items conveniently. It is also just next to subway/ mrt which allow us to visit many places conveniently. Places such as Forbidden City, Tian Tan, Yi He Yuan, Tian An Men Square, Yuan Ming Yuan etc. Room was cosy and comfortable with essential international TV channels.

Receptionists were not friendly and quite untrained. They can be impatient and proud as they always seem to be busy with their work other than serving and showing care and concern towards the customers, thus getting their priorities wrong. On the other hand, the waiters at the breakfast Cafe are slow moving and untrained. They have to be called many times before matters such as giving us our eating utensils and a cup for coffee. All of them like to stand around and chit chat casually though they are friendly and warm. Contradictory policies of the hotel about. It says internet access is free but when I am there, we have to pay to use it. All hotels offer free Wi Fi except for this PentaHotel.

Good, clean room. Reliable WiFi. Convenient location for visiting attractions like Tienanmen Square. Close to subway station and shopping mall with food options. Breakfast price is high compared to nearby fast-food options.

The breakfast was great with both chinese and western options. The location is awesome and the staff is good and speaks English.

The location, except that all other things were beyond ordinary.

difficult to notice/locate the entrance of the hotel. No free internet carpets are old and smelly no minibar lighting in lobby is very poor no help regarding tourist places/information

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, conveniently situated right behind a large shopping mall and just a stone's throw away from the Chongwenmen MRT station. There were so many dining options nearby, making it easy for us to grab a bite to eat whenever we wanted. Plus, being in the central area of ​​the city meant that we were close to all the major attractions.

Pentahotel is amazing hotel. For great price you get great service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was always someone who spoken fluent english. Rooms are very comfortable, the bed was nicely soft. The breakfast was absolutely the best! Every morning there were salads, fruits, english breakfast, cereals, many types of western bread, chinese bread, and also full chinese breakfast...it was great start of every morning. Thanks to pentahotel for great time in bejing!
